Empire of Evil is a booster-only expansion set released by Shadowfist Games in November 2009.
It's a 128 card set that contains all new cards (no reprints!), with rarities divided into Common, Uncommon, and Rare.
It was the last of the sets produced under the Shadowfist Games banner, and was sold through Z-Man Games.
All cards are black-bordered with a gold-crowned skull in the upper right corner. The set symbols are color-coded to indicate rarity: white for rare, grey for uncommon, and black for common.
The secret box message is on the outside bottom in the center. It says Maybe Xin Ji Yang wouldn't be so evil if
she just changed her surroundings a bit. You know, put up some nice curtains, give those dog-boys a bath, a haircut,
and some nice clothes, maybe take a week at the beach para-sailing... It would do wonders for her attitude.
There was no secret message on the booster pack.
